We provide comprehensive after-sales service support, covering everything from installation and commissioning to long-term technical assistance, to fully meet your needs.

Installation, Commissioning and Training

  • Free On-site Installation:

    We provide free on-site installation and commissioning services for users, ensuring that the equipment is debugged to meet the qualification standards within one week and delivered for use.

  • Customized Training:

    Free on-site operation training is offered, covering at least 2 personnel. The training will be concluded only when the trainees have fully mastered the operating skills and are capable of operating the equipment independently.

Warranty and Software Support

  • Whole Machine Warranty:

    Starting from the date when the instrument's installation and commissioning are confirmed to be qualified (for instruments requiring metrology, the date shall be subject to the metrology passing time), the whole machine is covered by a free warranty for at least 5 years. During the warranty period, no fees will be charged for all maintenance services and spare parts replacement.

  • Software Upgrade:

    The technical operation software of the equipment is upgraded free of charge, ensuring that its functions and system are always compatible with the latest requirements.

Services Beyond the Warranty Period

  • Spare Parts Supply:

    During the service life of the equipment, we provide spare parts at a preferential price not higher than the selling price, ensuring stable supply.

  • Maintenance Response:

    Upon receiving the maintenance notification, we will confirm the solution within 24 hours; for major issues or complex faults, a solution will be provided within 1 week, and the fault will be completely eliminated within 1 month.

  • Technical Consultation:

    We provide long-term free technical consultation services to answer questions related to equipment use and maintenance.
