Product Introduction：The automatic pretreatment platform for prohibited azo dyes detection realizes batch automatic pretreatment of textile samples in accordance with the method specified in GB/T 17592-2024 Textiles - Determination of Prohibited Azo Dyes. It ensures that the pretreatment process of sample detection operates stably and reproducibly in line with the national standard method.
The equipment achieves the fully automatic experimental process mainly through the following functional modules: liquid preparation module, sample library, liquid adding module, salt adding module, cap screwing module, cooling module, water bath module, horizontal oscillation module, centrifugation module, liquid transfer module, program compatibility, membrane filtration module, AI intelligent recognition and layering module, etc.
The time required to complete the pretreatment of 24 samples is ≤ 3 hours, and the equipment can operate continuously for 24 hours (including nighttime operation). Calculated based on an 8-hour working day, it can save an average of 4 to 5 laborers for this experimental position. While reducing labor costs, it effectively improves the efficiency of detection pretreatment as well as the accuracy and stability of detection results.
